Very good location and clean hotel.. We enjoyed the 5 days long stay . But they have one elevator and it is very small. Otherwise friendly staff and the hotel is clean. The location is perfect 5 minutes from the grand bazar and public transport. . .

Central location but not a "nice" area. Hotel is very central - just a 5 minute walk (uphill) to the tram station and Grand Bazaar (great for shopping!). However, the area is not the nicest, and when we visited they were redoing the main street that goes down to the hotel, so it was even not good for walking. However, for the price this is definitely a good deal. The breakfast was mediocre and the eating area is small so the first day we had to wait for a little while to get a table. Overall, a good deal.. .

Momento bellhob's review. The bellhobs here are so kind, They do answer any questions and any wonders just friendly and they help you by more .. especially Velid That guy is soo friendly with anyone he knows more than his languagr For example he speaks Arabic proporly aswell as English so the turkish .. He helps you with any problem and solve it for the visitors İ would give the service for him a 5 stars easily and comfortably.. .

Good hotel!. Really good Hotel, surrounded with shops, near the main street and transportation. Sultanahmet area is very close, 10min walking. Good accommodation, a double bed room is enough, clean. Wifi is free, and available in the room also. Breakfast is good and enough. A bar in a room is acceptable with prices, so you don’t have to buy your drink in a store. We came so late, and the reception is open always, they were very kind and helpful. The Ataturk airport is not far away, approximately 20-30 min , and the price is 9-10€.. .

Gorgeous hotel. We stayed 5 nights in a double room. Staff are polite and so helpful. Entire hotel is spotless and you can see lots of attention to detail. Covid safety is well in place and we saw staff cleaning door handles and lifts regularly. Room was beautiful. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. Even though it is on a busy street we slept very well with no noise disturbance. The mattress was comfy and the bed huge. Lovely bathroom with large rainfall shower and big towels. The location is perfect for all areas of Istanbul with ferry and tram stops very close. Would absolutely recommend and look forward to staying there again when we next visit this amazing city. Thank you Momento Hotel for a fabulous stay.. .

Nice But❗️. Everything was fine but the hotel is located in a busy whole sale market (noisy and crowded market)! You should choose this hotel if you are planning to buy a lot of things from Grand Bazar or Mahmood Basa market. The staff was friendly, I would like to thank Mr. Elvan for the warm welcome and the smiley face all day, My greetings also are extended to the all the staff. My advice to Mr. Ugur( in the reception) : You are doing you job anyway, Do it with a smile my Brother. Note ‼️ to those who likes to bring food with them or order food from outside the hotel by mobile apps or phone: The hotel policy (as they told me and insist on it) does not allow you to bring food with you or orders from any restaurant. They said we have a restaurant and toy should eat in it.. .
