Exceptional. All great - room, breakfast, almost all staff. Unpleasant experience on reception. We arrived late, around 23h as announced, and the lady didn't want to let us in paid room unless we give her card details (number, expiration dates).

Good service, good breakfast. Comfortable room (even a distant view of the Eiffel Tower from our 9th floor room), amazing breakfast with very good choices.
Staff left chocolates, galette and a birthday greeting in the room as a check in surprise for our daughter on her 16th birthday - wonderful gesture by the hotel Many thanks. All good.

Good. The rooms were spacious and the location is very close to transportation. Most if the staff was unwelcoming, it felt like asking them anything was a bother, and the cleaning of the rooms was very superficial.
