Exceptional. Very delightful ang wonderful hotel , especially , location and , cleanliness of the rooms , the location so so nice in the middle of istiqlal street, and they help as in every thing , especially mr ( yilmaz ) I recommend any one come to istanbul to book in this hotel 😍😍😍. .

Perfect location. The property was located perfectly in the middle of istikal street, property was exactly like in the pictures. Hotel staff were so friendly and polite. Totally the hotel was perfect. .

RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. If I could leave -5 star, I would. We were absolutely flabbergasted the moment we arrived. We were a group of 5 people with 3 rooms. We arrived 30 mins past the check in time and no one was at reception to check us in. We waited about 10 mins before someone showed up. At that moment, we were told that not all of the rooms were ready. That was annoying, but not a deal breaker. The girl at the reception wanted to first take me up to my room as I was the only woman part of the group and had my own room. 5th floor required to gp up my elevator. Elevator comes, the doors open and the elevator is full of garbage cans, cleaning supplies and the girl had to first take everything out (she left the garbage cans in the elevator and told me "that's enough room". Absolutely terrible service. Side note: We paid extra to have sea view and when I went into my room, the first thing I did is go out to the balcony to enjoy the sea view. Well, that's where I really felt lied to and that false marketing is in play here. There is no sea view. The room was extremely small, nothing like the images on Booking.com and absolutely dirty and disgusting. I made sure to take photos right away. Still, I would have swallowed everything up, had I had a proper sea view. Next, I went to my friend's room to see if they had the same experience. Well, their toilet didn't work, it just kept going and going after it was flushed. The third room was extremely small and again no sea view. Let alone the disgusting shower. I asked the receptionist to come up to discuss this with her. She barely spoke English but that was okay. She said she would switch us to other rooms, which I thought was the right thing to do. The other room she offered, had a better view, but again, very dirty and small. I was not willing to stay there anymore. I called booking.com as we booked through them. I explained the situation, they called the hotel and we cancelled our reservations and got our money back. Keep in mind, the entire time we waited for the hotel manager to come up to talk to us about the issues at hand. He never did. UNTIL, we cancelled the booking and he kicked us out of the room we were gathered in. We were then left on the street with our luggage. We went into a coffee shop across the street while we figure out where to stay. Keep in mind, we travelled 6hrs to get there by car. We were tired. Spoke to booking over the phone again, asking if they can find us a hotel nearby for roughly the same price or a bit higher even. They said no. Until we prove that the rooms were "broken" they could not relocate us. We left it at that and walked up the street and found ourselves another hotel, that was absolutely wonderful. GO TO hotel Marrtin Istanbul. It's way better. P.S. The images of the "sea view" are from the rooftop of the hotel. Do not fall for the sea view trick. See the images I posted of a booked room with sea view.. .

Good. The hosts are good people, hotel is nearby İstiklal Caddesi. .

Recommonded. Its located in area which is very convenient for travelling and experience the night life of istikal street, 24 hour staff available and flexible with check in time The staff is very supporting , can have tea or cofee anytime you need without any extra cost. Fixed breakfast - no other options , no buffet.

Exceptional. Outstanding family run hotel .. The service started from the moment you booked the hotel from arranging the airport transfers.. The Room is very clean and comfortable..felt like staying in a new hotel . The friendliness of the staff makes you feel you came to a relatives place for vacation Arranged hamam and suggested good restaurants. Breakfast fast is simple and delicious Always attended all the requests with a smile .. will come back again Special thanks to the reception administration..Ismail and his colleague Will give more 💯 marks.. thanks. No negative at all ..all postive.
