Istanbul is definitely our favorite place to visit! People are very kind , and the food is amazing! . We came here fow the New Year’s! Everybody was so nice to us and willing to help for anything we needed! They speak english so it was super helpful! The hotel was very nice and clean! Breakfast was excellent! Totally recommend! . .

Newly renovated Hotel at best location. Best located Hotel, across the Arasta Bazaar. Walkable to all Tourist attractions of Sultanamet, paid parking around the corner. Many restaurants are walkable across the street. Newly renovated rooms and hotel. Nice spread of breakfast.. lift is not available and parking.

Excellent stay. Very good location, 2-3 min walk to Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque. Breakfast could have been a bit better with more options.

Pleasant stay in Istanbul poor breakfast. Central location clean but small room. Breakfast was bad. No coffee with broken coffee machine. No hot food or toast..

Great location. Lots good food around. Very friendly and save. Rooms clean and comfort. Highly recom. Breakfast was good. We were expecting bit more stuff but was OK. Staff at breakfast could talk bit more English but minimum was OK.. .

Conned by Front of Desk Staff Member. The Hotel was old and slightly run down but the room was kept clean by daily house keepers and there was hot water 24/7, the air conditioner was of a very good standard and kept our room at a very comfortable temperature as the outside heat was 27c. The roof top breakfast was a credit to the hotel and the view was amazing. My reason for the 1 * review is a strong one, in that the daytime front desk concierge (Emra) ripped us off. He organised a people carrier to transfer us to the airport for our journey home. We pre-paid him 1700tl which we were told was the full price to be paid for the taxi. On pick up, a completely different taxi turned up. On arrival at the airport the driver insisted we pay him 1000tl for the journey. We explained we had already paid 1700tl to the hotel for the service. After a long heated discussion and police almost being called to assist with the dispute, the driver called the Broken Column Hotel night staff to find out what was going on. It was confirmed that we had all been conned by Emra and that the cab driver would now have to drive 50 minutes back to the hotel to be paid by them. This was an extremely disappointing end to our holiday and what would have been a lovely stay at the Broken Column Hotel. The rest of the staff at the hotel were absolutely fantastic, and let down only by this one person. We only wonder how many other people he has done this to; especially as people don't have time to go back to the hotel and dispute this as they are about to catch a flight, and so most people probably just pay the money. It is absolutely shocking.. .

Very good!. It's very close to main Sultanahmet attractions, rooms are nice (though air conditioner was a bit lazy), breakfast is good. The owner is a very caring and good man, always helped me to park my rented car.. .

10/10. Lovely stay i offer everyone so helpful staff,locations so close historical buildings.Sultanahmet hagia shophia basilica cistern 10 min a walk.Hotel terrace so testy breakfast and amazing view full boshporus. .
