Waaaaw. The place that is worth every riyal you pay, whether it is a very wonderful website, services or dealing with the ethics of the employees, especially thanks and appreciation of Mrs. Khadija in the reception for the great manners, high treatment, her high humanity, her dealing with the elderly, the wonderful language of communication and her proficiency in Arabic. She helped us several times. Every thanks to her. She must be a front of the hotel like her, especially thanks to Mrs. Kubra for her high-class treatment, her permanent smile and the splendor of her morals, and I do not forget Mr. John for his constant help to us. I recommend this hotel. .

. Even though I was disappointed when I arrived at the hotel, my room was not the room I requested, Staff especially Mr. Jon from the reception, was very reassuring that he will fix this problem the next day. To my amazement, he lived up to his promise and upgraded me to a lovely room. I was more than happy and for sure will come back to this hotel. One disappointment was the pool area where there was one help and he was not available all the time. . .

Great hotel in a prime location. Overall hospitality was fantastic. Ari and Merve were excellent hosts at Breakfast. The room attendants service was great.. .

. The sound from the night club on the 9th floor is very disturbing to rooms with Bosphorus view (which are the most wanted and expensive rooms). We started our stay on the 8th floor. We wanted to sleep at 11:00pm but couldn’t due to the music. I called to complain about the noise and I was surprised that Guest Relations said “yes, guests complain about it and the music will continue until 12:30am. I asked for a different room for the second night onwards on the same side. I was given a room on the second floor. The sound was still be heard but less. I believe this is hurting the hotel and needs to be addressed. Secondly, the floor in the showers is not sufficiently sloped and causes the bathroom to flood. We experienced this in three rooms. The hotel facilities and service are very good. The above two areas and the doner kebab shops in front of the hotel entrance lets it down. Hope this feedback helps.. .

We arrived on the 15 October 2025 our check in was made seamless and very pleasant thanks mainly to miss Hatice at the reception who was very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay a special mention to kadir who was always willing to assist both of these employees are an asset to your organisation. .

good experience. Nurcan And Gulnaz are the best employees ever we love them and the service. I was at the room while the cleaning it they were very clean and quick and gave us everything we need.thank you very much we are so happy.. .
