Choose another hotel. I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. The hotel was completely closed during my planned stay, and despite multiple requests, the management refused to refund my payment. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect and responsibility towards guests. I strongly advise others to avoid booking here to prevent similar problems. Very frustrating and unfair!. .

The worth hotel and staff I have ever met .. I did reservation on booking , when I arrive to hotel they ask me to pay additional money as I am paying with Visa card or paying in cash. When I refused hotel admin and even hotel owner do not let me in . When I ask to call Touris police to solve this problem , they said “go anywhere you want , you will not stay in this hotel this my hotel ” . I have been in more than 100 hotels but never met such respect to guest (((((. .

. I would never come back even if they paid me!!! They gave us a basement room with 3D mold growing thick on the walls and smelling so bad you cannot breathe. The window opened only 5cm so that didn't help. I asked for a different room at the same price rate but they said they don't have any other but they can offer a different one if we pay another 50£ (900try). When questioned the mold issue he just said that this is what is posted on the website. It was very late at night so we asked if we can just stay one night and get a refund for the other 2.they said that was fine. We checked out in the morning and contacted Expedia, but the support center called them and he hung up multiple times, and then they denied the refund. I developed a terrible cough after one night there that I'm still dealing with after 4days....also there was a lot of noise that woke me up every hour. The socket was also detached from the wall, and the sink was so small that you could not wash your hands properly. The bathroom stinked of mold as well. This is the worst place I've ever been in and with the thickest, densest mold. If I have an option to add pictures I will. .
