Exceptional. This hotel felt like a natural home away from home. I was so impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. My stay was perfect. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment. The exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time i walked in the door. They were also able to recommend places to get any meal that i needed. I highly recommend it!. .

Not a good experience. The hotel was near the location that we had to visit the next day and that’s the reason why chose this hotel. The only professional and nice receptionist was a young man that had just started. He was also the only one who spoke English and was very helpful. They are supposed to have a valet who parks your car, hence the reason why they take your car keys. However, he was away somewhere and the next morning when we had to leave, he was again nowhere to be seen and the gentlemen at the reception started arguing with each other and it came out that they didn’t have the car keys of the car that was parked 1 cm away from ours. Anyway, we managed to get our car out on our own but the older receptionist was seriously unprofessional, they just left, did not say goodbye or anything. The room smelled like an ashtray, there literally was an ashtray in the room so smoking is allowed hence the unpleasant smell everywhere. You can hear when someone whispers in the room next to you, keep that in mind in case you are a light sleeper. We won’t be returning and I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.. .

I recommend it. I had a very positive impression of my stay in the room. I liked absolutely everything in principle. I highly recommend it and I think I would stay here again.. It's not very close to the metro. This could be a problem only if you have very heavy luggage. If that's not an issue, then it's not too far to walk from the metro. There are rusty stains on the ceiling from a previous water leak. I would just like some cosmetic repairs to be done in the bathroom..

Room quality. We have made reservation for two rooms, both were dirty and absolutely not hygiene. My wife and myself we have request to clean our room.
It was +30 degrees Celsius. Air conditioners were not working properly. . .

Good for the price. Hotel good for the price, but I have reservations about a few points that are not listed on booking - namely the spa area 30 minutes from the hotel, the breakfast room is also different. Coffee from the coffee machine for breakfast is additionally payable, only coffee from a sachet was free, which did not resemble coffee.
The staff saved the stay, especially Hamza - the most helpful person I have ever met, he helped us many times, he deserves special praise 🩷. .

Standard Hotel with poor service. The hotel is standard, and conveniently located. I enjoyed a great massage in the SPA.
Breakfast was regular, only Nescafe was offered.
I was disappointed by the lack of service, it was very poor and almost rude.
-Bar: I was the only customer. When I ordered a cup of tea I was kept waiting to the point that I got up and left. The 3 employees were chatting and could not care less about the customer. Only when I left and complained they offered to bring me a cup of tea to my room.
-Front desk: No help with the luggage. . .
