At least we didn’t have to stay long. Near the dentist. Very grumpy rude unaccommodating staff. No wifi although they said there was and pretend to try to sort but give up.Very firm beds. Tired rooms.Not good food and very over priced for it! Smiling is not something any staff have mastered or bothered to try to. Gym good though. Pool closed..

Room was very spacious, with 2 comfortable double beds and still very spacious. Breakfast always ample choice of different food items, local dishes, and also European food. A great experience over all.. .

Exceptional. Very spacious rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. All the facilities needed in the rooms. Nice and quiet swimming pool suitable for brief swimming. Good fitness hall. Various options for breakfast and very delicious soups served during it. Good smoking area outside the hotel.. We got the feeling that they don't wash the swimming pool towels- just let the towels dry in the sun and give them to the next guests. In our room we were hearing very clearly the shower from the room next to ours- while the guests there were using it. The night lights in the room were very few and the room felt dull during evenings..

My advice after having stayed at Volley hotel for 3 nights: stay away, rebook if possible. I had the “pleasure” of meeting the worst, crooked male receptionist ever met: a middle aged man who confronted me with a hefty surcharge at checkout. I had to pay an extra € 50 for cleaning the super thin and cheap linnen bed sheets and a blanket worth not even €5 (I came to Istanbul for a hair transplant). The employee threatened even to call off my taxi, which would have resulted in me missing the flight.
It’s not about who is right, but about the crooked way of attempting to call off my own cab if I did not pay up on the spot. Mob practises.
