Best described more like a bed & breakfast. When we arrived late at night the first thought was oh no where am I staying. All you see is graffiti on the exterior walls of surrounded buildings. The front desk seemed to be in the middle of upgrading. The room although pleasantly large had water damage and mold. I was highly disappointed that they would allow this and put my family in this environment at over $385 per night. In the USA it would have been banned. The wi-Fi they advertise was very very limited depending on where you stand in your room. The baths & towels were clean. Very nice complementary morning breakfast was one of the best features. If you want simple with limited service but stay down town walking distance to most things this might be okay. Surrounding restaurants were wonderful. Close to most services you will need. If you can get for the $89 per night they first advertise it might be worth the price. Don't add or subtract a day, Travelocity with Jack your price up and you will pay triple without even knowing what has happened. . .

. The room was dirty. The bathroom was covered in mold. when we mentioned it to the staff their solution was to cancel the reservation and we wouldn't have a place to sleep. I do not recommend this hotel. It is not clean. The AC did not work in our room in the middle of the summer in Rome. .

. My parents and i stayed at the hotel for 3 days. When we got there, I guess is the manager he never even saiy hi. The sink was clogged. After they fixed it stinks. The housekeeper and the person working serving the breakfast are awesome, no complaints about them. Other than that is a nice area, very central, secure..... .

Proximity to transportation and shopping areas.. The hotel staff are very friendly and very cooperative. In our room the bed old was very uncomfortable, there was broken chair in the room and one of the staff took it but he did not replace it, the bed cover was very dirty, the shower was not comfortable but the room was clean. The break fast was good enough, the juice was almost water and sugare specially the pineapple juice.. .

. Run down hotel in great need of renovation, massively overpriced, only positive is the location, central and close to train station, otherwise, beds were uncomfortable, air conditioning nearly worked, wifi is very weak and does not work in rooms, small bathroom, very dirty shower curtain, old plumbing, old furniture, unfriendly staff, breakfast is a joke (so we went to eat breakfast outside), clunky old room keys, sketchy storage room (not sure safe), well, clearly taking advantage of High season In central Rome. I do not recommend and I rarely post reviews, but paid $275 for a room for 3, a rip off, in this case better to book a well established chain with proper standards. .
