. Simply fantastic. Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and polite! I don't I've seen such good service anywhere else. Turkish hammam is excellent, the rooftop restaurant is amazing. Hotel's location is within walking distance from the main attractions. . .

Highly recommend!. An absolutely delightful stay. The staff worked tirelessly to ensure we had a wonderful holiday. Every member of staff needs to be commended. Nothing was too much & they advised us on all the must do visits & advised on the most cost competitive ways to do so. Thank you we will return . .

Lovely but shame there is a charge for the pool . Clean and comfortable Disappointed that there was a 10 euro charge per 2 hours in the pool which is excessive, should be included, not flagged up by Hotels.com at time of booking . .

Great boutique hotel. The Levni Hotel was well located, very close to the major tourist destinations and to numerous restaurants, bank machines, etc. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, particularly Nural who was extremely hospitable and provided lots of great suggestions. . .

. I booked four rooms for my family reunion for seven days and I am very happy with the hotel.The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was nice talking with them. The location is great and located near the grand bazar and metro station. The amenities are great, specially that you can use the Turkish hamam for free. The pool looked clean too. Breakfast was great with many options to choose from. My two main concerns were 1) one of our rooms had sewer smell. The staff tried to fix it but they couldn't. I learned that it is more Istanbul sewer system problem not the hotel. 2) one of our other rooms had AC problems and it wasn't fixed.. .

. I have visited istanbul every year for 5 years and stayed in hotels that state they are 4-5* but this has been the worst hotel in my experience. Had a Blackout 12:40-12:55 - called them and instead of apologising just states says all of Istanbul lights and it’s coming back. Though I can see outside there is light everywhere. Took ten minutes to come back and we were boiling. A&C controlled centrally btw - so you can’t control the temperature yourself. You need to call the reception to do it for you which is ridiculous. Even when calling you have to cal a few times before someone picks up. Shower overhead head doesn’t work The Sink tap only cold water came out - no hot water. Fridge stinks of alcohol couldn’t put any water or my soft drinks in there Loud construction work outside kept waking us up from midnight till 3am for 2 days straight. Cleanliness was 2/10. Found marks on the sink where it was not cleaned when we first moved in. Bina were not cleaned the following day. Marks on the wall, wallpaper ripped, sticky table. I deliberately left a crumbs on the floor to see if it is sweeped- still there. There is Construction work on the side of the building of the hotel so doesn’t look like the pictures. We opted for standard room as only came to visit a few days - they shoved us in the second part of the building that looked like a small attic room - fortunately they changed us to the standard room in the main building which was better. . .
