Great location. Quiet neighborhood full of locals. Friendly staff.. Location was great. Staff were friendly.. For some reason they don’t replace the towels even if we leave them on the floor all wet. There was one day where our room was not cleaned even though we asked for it to be cleaned. Wet towels were still on the floor, bed was not made, bin was not cleared. Also, air con doesn’t always work..

could have been marvellous. a pastry from a bag in reception and coffee - no milk from the machine in the room - only paper cups and only two tea bags. we had been made aware but had been told there was an agreement with the local bakery - there wasn't. china cups more tea bags

Superb. Chaim at the desk was amazing! So informative and charming, genuinely wanting our Paris experience to be fabulous. We Enjoyed watching people pass over the bridge at night, great central location close to Gare du Nord and the Eurostar and comfortable and stylish bathrooms and beds. Beautifully clean (the staff even serviced the room when our stuff was literally everywhere, it was very impressive) and the layout was well designed and the room well equipped.. Yes the rooms are small but we were 2 parents and 2 teenagers and had a double room and it was fine - plenty of space for suitcases and to relax. Renovations were underway but Chaim and the team did everything possible to mitigate any inconvenience and gave advance notice before our arrival so it was not a problem..

Pleasant room in a great neighbourhood. The breakfast was great. It was a basic Parisian breakfast - croissant, coffee, bread/butter/jam, but with good coffee and fresh orange juice. Room was spacious. We were on the 1st floor and it was not noisy. Chaim, the hotel manager, is very friendly and helpful with your stay. The room had a coffee machine, water kettle, and the bathroom had great soaps.. Everything was fantastic.
If I had to mention one thing, it's that it was 2 single beds merged into one instead of a queen size bed..
