Great value,clean,breakfast but pretty noisy due to paper thin walls and in my single room was 0 sunlight as the window. Very clean , regular housekeeping service and breakfast included. No sunlight in my room at all,absolutely zero. Thin walls so pretty noisy..

Exceptional. The staff is very friendly and attentive, if you need anything they will help you, the breakfast in the morning is very good, lots of choices. We arrived at the hotel early because of a flight, but even though check in was at 2 pm, they let us in at 11 am without any problems. They also have good room service. Only problem I think it's not a good location because it takes about 1.5-2 hours from the hotel to Taksim Square, if you go by metro it's less, although it sometimes took me 2 hours by tram and bus to get back to the hotel from Hagia Sophia, also by bus, there are 31 and 31e numbers from the hotel, which are often very crowded and a bit difficult to travel (maybe we were unlucky, several bus trips were like this), but the good thing is that both the metro and the bus stop are nearby. There are not many food outlets around, I think it's not a very touristy place, if you want to get to know the local life, it's clearly such a place, there are not many food outlets either. The room is good and clean, although it needs updating, for example the floor..

More suited to backpackers without plans. Staff were great. The reception looks nothing like that pictured. It is not in a good area and is a long way from the tourist attractions. Our twin room was clean but very basic. There was not even a kettle or cups to be able to make a cup of coffee or tea. We checked out less than 12 hours of arrival.. .

Superb. Nice breakfast, very friendly stuff, cool design. The building has many common areas, a gym and a billiard room in the basement. The room was clean. Great choice for the price!. Far from the city center.
