Staff need to be more friendly talk to us ie How are you, do you enjoy Stay atc. We got 3 people and stay in a family room, king size bed with single bed, with a sofa foldable to double bed, got kitchen and washing machine but no where to dry clothes. Breakfast is vegetarian even sausage is vegetarian, coffee machine is terrible no where near good taste. The room certain can't fully close , luckily I got my sleep mask with me.
