Disappointing. The hotel is not worth the money they charge, it’s very cheaply designed, and poorly maintained. Location is great. Breakfast is very poor.. .

The location is great. The doormen on everyday and every shift were super helpful and welcoming.. The sink was not draining properly from day one that i have checked-in, i spoke to 3 different receptionists on 3 different days and nothing was done till the point that the sink was almost flooded with undrained water and debris, it was inconvenient and disgusting.. .

Fantastic stay for our belated 30th!. Fantastic hotel in every way! We had to change the dates of our trip due to a bereavement and they couldn’t have been kinder. The new dates were cheaper so they upgraded our room and put £100 credit behind the bar! Hotel was beautiful, room was so spacious and high-spec (e.g.switch to put the blinds down). Bags were taken to our room, hotel staff very polite and helpful. Spa is lovely and so relaxing. Hotel guests oniy have half an hour per day but we never got kicked out. Only thing I would change is no English channels on the TV and you can’t connect your phone to it or get on any apps. Other than that, perfect stay!. .

One of the most comfortable boutique hotels I have stayed in. Like a home away from home. A very stylish, very comfortable luxury boutique hotel. A larger or more varied food menu would have been nice.

Lovely hotel experience. Truly lovely hotel. The lobby was amazing with its spiral staircases and bookshelves and space to work; relax etc. I was lucky one evening there was a lovely jazz band playing when I came back!
Staff were lovely but Boris at reception was a stand out! He dealt with all my requests with such patience and courtesy. Thank you Boris.
Location was good if you want to be a bit away from the Las Ramblas area but still central eg both Gaudi houses were a short walk away.. .

Fabulous. From the moment we walked in we were greeted welcomingly at the door and headed to reception where we met Yelcop who couldn’t do enough for us, he recommended restaurants, sites and pointed everything out on a map for us, we were able to check in early and he assisted us to our room which was really appreciated, Yelcop is definitely an asset to this hotel!
The bed is one of the comfiest we’ve ever slept in, fabulous bathroom facilities and the food was fabulous (we chose the half board option) and we’re definitely not disappointed with choice.
Thank you Seventy, we will be back in warmer months to discover the rooftop facilities!. .

High-end, well decorated hotel.
The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay.
Ideal location - close to all main attractions, yet far enough from the overly touristy areas.
The facilities, especially the inside pool and rooftop were fantastic. Reservations at the SPA ensure it doesn't get crowded.
I would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again.. Nothing.
