Fawlty Towers meets the Trevi Collection Hotel. The transport driver was late (from the airport, which I paid for) the room key they gave me 402 on the 4th floor had someone in it, the night receptionist didn’t seem to know what was going on. I’d been up all day and travelling and I can honestly say that the service I received on my arrival was nothing short of embarrassing and extremely poor. The fridge in the room was far from cold, and I could honestly go back n and on and on, I came back to Rome to get some much needed rest and instead ended up with more stress, and paying £700 for the privilege of such poor service can only demand a refund!. .

Stay Away!. I booked this hotel as a special treat for my mum’s 70th birthday, based on the photos on their website. However, don’t be deceived by the photoshopped images online – the rooms and the hotel are nothing like they appear. The place is rundown, dirty, and the staff are incredibly rude. During our 3-night stay, we were moved from one awful room to another three times. We would leave early in the morning and return late at night just to avoid spending any more time in those rooms. Staff had confirmed that the rate we paid was for a premium room but there was nothing they could do about it! Additionally, the staff insisted on taking our credit card information on paper, including the CVV code. When I questioned this, despite the fact I had already paid in full and they had already taken a photocopy of my credit card. I was told it was hotel policy, and we had no choice but to comply. This is not something I have encountered in all my years of travelling in EU regions. Later, while walking around, we saw a hotel employee taking photocopies of customers’ passports and credit card details at a nearby shop, even though the hotel had its own printer and photocopier in the reception area! This violates GDPR and data protection regulations. Customer information should be securely disposed of or shredded once guests check out, not shared in such a careless manner.. .

Excellent hotel. The breakfast buffet was incredible !. Front desk woman did not follow through on requests.

The most beautiful room ever had a private garden location was amazing. Everything eas fabulous. Zero.

Wonderful.. Breakfast was great, huge choice. Location midway between Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain was perfect - no more than a 10 minute walk to both.. Reception was pretty chaotic, a small area so at checkin and check out times people trip over each other. They really needed more than one staff member on duty..

A very nice and clean hotel close to many tourist attractions.. Awesome location close to Trevi Fountain. The bathroom was HUGE and well-stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body lotion.. .

Needs a lot of improvement. Additionally - why does it look as if the fire smoke detector panel is about to fall out on to your head, directly above the bed! I’ve stayed in hotels in France, Germany, Vienna, Rome (years ago) Australia, Poland to name a just a few countries and whilst you might find one tiny thing to pick on, they were all vastly (without even trying) better than the hotel I have been staying at for the last two nights!. .
