Simple and clean hotel with some mines.. The hotel is simple but very clean and repaired. Rooms are cleaned every day. Give several new towels, soap and toilet paper every day.
Breakfast is normal, croissants and cakes, fruit,vegatables, breakfast cereals, eggs and sausages. As well as several types of coffee and juices.
Next door is a shop. There are bus stops and a metro station nearby. Located in a quiet residential area. One and a half downtown. City centre is far away.
Some mines:
Weak shower pressure ir the bathroom.
Low light in the room.
It's very cold in all rooms, like in the fridge.
Missing for real meat in breakfast.
One evening, the beverage dispenser broke. I threw 1.50 euros for ice tea, but the machine didn't give a drink or money back. There's nowhere to get water in the evenings, no free water in the hotel and all the neighborhood stores are closed.
The staff are not very friendly. One morning we didn't notice what the clock was and we went to breakfast at 10.15 am. In the breakfast room, the door was open, the lights were on and the table was still full of food. We came in and a tall woman with black short hair started screaming very angrily at us. Said breakfast was closed and drove us away with empty stomachs. It was very unpleasant. If it is closed, you must close the door or place a sign in front of you. Lucky to have a shop next door where we bought something to eat.. .

Read review in full- modern hotel- beds like bricks, avoid the restaurant. Wouldn’t go back,. Hotel Artis- initially a good impression- modern clean building in a quiet road, reception staff were helpful explained metro routes.
Room- clean, adequate size. No extra charge for safe or air con. Bed- clean- so hard though- think sleeping on a table. I like a firm matress but this was a brick. Sound proofing between rooms non existent- if I had had my children with me I would have had a lot of explaining to do regarding nighttime noises!
Breakfast- VERY basic. Pastries stale. Fruit bruised. Poor selection. Scrambled egg and cut up frankfurter for hot. One cereal choice- muesli. No mugs for drinks.
Dinner- To use the word restaurant is just wrong! Think school canteen- florescent lighting- under cooked pasta and a sauce from a can microwaved. Again poor selection. Tv on excessively loud. Awful. Raised complaint regarding food as it was inedible and returned the plate in full. Was still charged.
Location is good- metro and Lime e- scooters easy and fun to use. Shop with good selection next door.
Wouldn’t recommend or return, mainly due to how uncomfortable the bed was. Avoid the restaurant- deliveroo if that desperate.. .

NOT 4 START HOTEL.... 2 AT BEST. First the good points ... Wifi worked, breakfast was ok.
We requested a twin room and got a double with fridge that didn't work and no coat hangers. Staff were unhelpful but the main complaints are:
* The hotel is miles from anywhere 30 mins walk to metro and then 12 stops plus a change to get to the termini.
* There are NO restaurants near the Hotel
* The Hotel restaurant seems to open when it likes and closes without telling anyone.
THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL and if you booked a stay via the DAILY MAIL DEAL suggest you try and get moved. .
