Bad. Staf who works at the restoran was ok and location of object. I am not satisfied with how the hotel manager treated us, he was unprofessional, rude and demanded that we have to pay for the transportation services from the airport to the hotel even though we did not use them because the driver did not show up on time at the agreed place. The room was not clean and the toilet seat was broken. I was booked for two adults and a infant but we were given a room with only one double bed..

Exceptional. The location is perfect, 3 minutes away from Istiklal str and less than 10 minutes away from Taksim square. The rooms are exactly as they are showing on the photos. The definition of “value for money”.
The staff is awesome, especially Ozlenen, she was so kind, sweet and helpful, made our staying there so pleasant.. Everything is ok for its cost..

Terrible one. They stole money from credit card
Reservation was done with free cancellation and was cancelled three weeks before check in l. Yet they charged the card for the full amount of three rooms for seven days
Tried to solve out but they refused and dealt in a very bad way. .

Comfortable stay, spacious rooms. Everything about the property was great! It's very close to Taksim Square, yet very quiet. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The rooms were cleaned every day and maintained well.
Disliked - They don't serve breakfast in winters.. .
