Great location, great staff...but hotel structure not up to the price and the 4 star. Staff is the best....they are so kind and helpful, from the concierge to the cleaning lady...all smiling and kind. The staff at the breakfast restaurant need a special mention for their service, especially Hasan who take care of us so well!!! Moreover, the hotel has a great location, the room are clean and quiet, the breakfast has so much to offer that you cannot complain, the view from the breakfast restaurant is great, the wifi is fast.
The hotel deserve some maintenance and improvement; with the cost you pay you expect a little bit more, definitely is not a 4 stars hotel...in one of our two room sometimes there was a smell from bathroom pipes, overall the structure shows sign of times.. .

Top price-performance ratio!. We loved this hotel and the restaurant on the top roof. Excellent food, great view and super service. We loved it. The room was clean and nice. The hotel is in the middle of all places of interest, as well as the Great Bazar and Galata Bridge. All in walking distance. The staff was very helpful and always ready to answer any question. We loved our first stay in Istanbul and are very happy to have chosen this hotel. We can recommend it warmly. Greatings from Switzerland.. .
