All style service.. The long-lost and usually forgotten ‘personal touch’ still exists here! Attention to detail and kindness from all the lovely staff. I made an error in my online booking. A quick phone call to reception had the error remedied, without fuss and with kindness. I was so relieved to have booked directly with the hotel.. .

Comfy, spacious, clean and just excellent!. The bed and pillows were so comfy, great central location, lovely spacious and comfortable room with a great view from the balcony too.. The lift was very slow. The shower and bath were quite small. My partner is very tall so he struggled when in the shower.
