Good hotel. It was brilliant. All staff were good. Particularly Mr. Korhan who is front office manager was so helpful and care of us. Cleaning was good. At breakfast we had nice conversation with Mr. Bülent. Location of hotel is fine.. .

Very bad experience, not hygienic not friendly. Bad smell in the rooms. Please clean this hotel or remove your brand. What I didn’t like was almost everything.
1)Booked 2 rooms and asked for have them on the same floor. Wasn’t possible because the guy from reception told us the hotel was fully booked, which we doubt it
2)The rooms are NOT CLEAN!! not worth to have Mercure brand on the Main Street. I have taken pictures and will upload them.
3) Employee on the Thursday night reception was quite friendly. But all the others are not greeting any customer and looking mad. Be friendly folk, we paid for the service.
4) Got our first room and what happened: toilet flush doesn’t work, electricity from the room just gone. And they left the window open because someone smoked in the room but it still smells bad. After complaining 3 times same evening they decided to change the room. That was doable just for the last days.
5) someone asked bottle of water from the cleaning service. They just gave 1 bottle for a couple and asked money for the second bottle. Shame on you all from Mercure Bakirkoy.
We will not choose this hotel any more.. .
