Great location, but thats all!. Location is great as 4 minutes walk to Ayasofya, however hotel is need of upgrade, especially the bathroom.
There is a spiral staircase with no lift in the property. Room size was small, we had a single spare bed in the room so we used that to put our cases on, had there actually been 3 people staying then there would be nowhere to put your suitcases.
They don't come to clean unless you specifically ask, even then they don't fully clean and not always empty the bins or change the towels, or clean the shower. Although pillows and sheets were clean, Duvets had massive dirty marks on them.
Breakfast needs an improvement as they give you a set plate every morning with the same items in it every single day, very basic. There is so much waste, a buffet style would be better with a little more choice.
