Great Location and Staff. Excellent location, clean good sized rooms, fabulous staff. The location and the staff make this a great stay for Instanbul. It was my partners birthday whilst we were there and they presented him with a cake. The reception was being renovated whilst we were there and they gave us free breakfast vouchers at a nearby cafe. The hotel is located in a very busy area that goes well into the night so this is not a restful area. We are a couple in our sixties but this didn't affect our sleeping as we had the air conditioning on and it blocked out the noise.. .

Best property to stay. Staff was amazing, warm, helpful and supportive Rooms very comfortable and beautiful view from the balcony Everything was accessible and best location ever. .

Great experience!. I stayed over for a night, arrived after midnight and the reception was working so checking in was easy. The room was great and cozy and it had this authentic historical look. Siran was very helpful with everything! There’s a parking some 50 meters away. Highly recommended!. .

Very good. Location is great, staff are very nice, room is spacious. The bathroom could be cleaner, and more storage in the bathroom for space to keep products. I had to keep my shampoo, tooth brush, body wash etc out of the bathroom because of no space to put them..

Perfect stay in Istanbul Galata. The location is perfect! Literally as in the pictures, you can see the Galata tower from the terrace! Staff is very kind and helpful. They have a coffee machine and biscuits by the entrance, which are free for the guests. The rooms are clean and comfortable. You can find towels, slippers and other basic utilities in the room. There is also a mini fridge with water.. .

Great location. Great location just at the Galata square, one minute to walk from the tower, delicious breakfast at the nearby caffe at the square, good service, dissent prises. Standard rooms with no tv but good Wi-Fi speed and nice clean bathroom (shower). .

Pleasant. . Room was a bit noisy and there was no alternative option..
