. Hotel muy básico, cerca del centro caminando 20 minutos o en tranvía muy cerca que te deja en el centro en 3 paradas, las habitaciones están muy descuidadas, el desayuno aceptable por el precio que pagamos, en los alrededores muchos sitios donde comer . .

Horrible place. Horrible place , horrible people, stained towels and bedding, horrible breakfast, They blame us for breaking tv when we come back after the cleaning lady have been there , we didn’t even turn it on. They threatened us with police and make 3 girls to pay for nothing. Be aware from this place and this layers people!!!. .

Vander Valk. From the moment we stepped into the hotel to the moment we were leaving was an excellent stay, top class customer service, really friendly and always very polite. I would definitely go back to Vander Valk to stay. The rooms are really nice with everything you need like the fridge, lcd tv, safe locker. The beds were really comfortable.. .

. POSITIV: Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war lecker , schön vorbereitet und reichhaltig. .... unangenehm waren eher Kleinigkeiten. z.B. kein Ganzkörperspiegel (Istanbul ist eine Shoppingstadt), oder im Bad keine Seifenschale, zu wenig Haken um sein Handuch etc. aufzuhängen. Preisleistung absolut OKAY!!!!!! . .
