Aggressive staff and unhelpful. The location. Everything in that hotel is terribly, specially the staff, they was aggressive, and disrespectful.
I book for 2 person, when the second person arrives they didn't let her in, and they was unhelpful..

Exceptional. It was my 2nd trip to Istanbul previously I booked a expensive hotel this time I stayed in Bruj Al Istanbul. It was three times cheap, the rooms were very clean and house keeping was exceptional. It is right on the street had the best stay. Breakfast was good. Every thing was perfect.. .

Thank you Burj Al Istanbul for making my vacation so comfortable. Superb location, friendly and supportive staff and comfortable room. Hopefully, my next stay shall be at Burj Al Istanbul hotel again inshaa Allah. Access to taxi and Uber but we take them from Bali Sukak close to hotel.
