Needs serious maintenance. The location is fantastic!! Staff is friendly and accommodating.. I have stayed at this hotel for the last 4 years every year when coming to Istanbul. I was always happy to stay here but I have to agree with others this hotel needs serious maintenance work. The rooms are no longer up to scratch. Walls need paint, laminate floors are disintegrating and water damp issues in the bathroom. I cancelled my next stay (next week) at this hotel because I found better value elsewhere. I hope to return next year and see some positive improvements..

Ideal location and safe room meeting minimum standards but lacking maintenance.. Very friendly and polite staff. 24/7 reception staff available for support.

Very good welcome pack with toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, soap slippers, and slippers.. Restaurant, very expensive and poor taste.
Although the bedroom and bathroom were kept clean, the overall state of the rooms was worn out and rundown. Black mould in the shower And peeling paint on the ceiling above the shower. Breakfast was mediocre at best..
