The good and the bad. There are two very good things to be said about this hotel.
1) The location is amazing. Super central, yet quiet at night. Galata is a beautiful neighbourhood with lots of cute shops and cafés.
2) One of the receptionists was very kind and welcoming, and his English skills were good.
The not so good stuff: if you're allergic to dust this is not the place for you. The floor underneath the bed had probably not been cleaned for over a year. I asked the hotel staff twice if they could have someone clean it, but it never happened. Underneath the bed, I found face masks, a dust layer so thick it could be a carpet and a rotten apple covered in mould. Not cool. The other receptionist did not speak as good English, and wasn't there for my checkout in the morning, even though we had agreed the night before that he would be there.
I think this place is good if you're only staying for a night and don't mind dust, but unfortunately I don't think I will come back here, in spite of the great location and nice receptionist. . .

. Otel güzel. Gayet keyifliydi. Personeller sorun çözmede hızlı ve güler yüzlüler. Oda servisi 12 olmadan geliyor. 24 saat sıcak su var. Su ve kahve ikramı çok önemsiz gözüksede benim en önem verdiğim konu ve burda da mevcut. Ulaşım olarak çok iyi. Yanı be diyebilirim fiyat ile kıyaslandığında çok ucuza bir konaklama oldu diyebilirim. . .

Disappointing. NOT recommended! I booked 2 different rooms, one for 3 people, and the other for 4. The room which was supposed to be for 3 people was not available, I was given a room for 2 instead of 3. That was not the end of it, the room was under construction, the window was on the floor, the door card didn't work and one of the 3 people had to sleep on the floor on a mattress. The only thing they did was a 15 euro discount only for one night for that room, which is nothing compared to the 60 euro per night (3 nights) I paid.. .

Все хорошо рядом с Башней Галата. Плюсы: - В целом чисто;
- вежливые сотрудники;
- все необходимое есть в номере
- удобное месторасположение, на соседней улице с Башней Галата. Не на туристической улице)
-Рядом есть все необходимое, банки, продуктовые, метро.
Минусы: - шумно (мне достался 113 номер, он на 1-ом этаже возле входа, так что все кто выходил и заходил, или стоял на улице было слышно. Если б не беруши не уснула бы)
В ванной на потолке была какая-то дыра, которую заделали полотенцем, мол и так сойдет) Но мне не мешало)
В целом я довольна!
Выезжать мне нужно было в 6 утра, и не знала кому и где оставить ключи, сотрудники спали) Решила не будить и тихонько подошла к столу регистрации и положила ключи. Надеюсь все норм). .
