The location was great, but the hotel is not worth 5 stars.. Design solutions and location.. The rooms are small. We booked a room with a view of the city, but we received one with a view of the inner courtyard. The staff was unprofessional. We ordered a taxi to the airport, but it never arrived—we waited for half an hour. The roof top bar works till 10 p.m..

Superb. The hotel is very pretty, very well located walking distance to the gothic quarter. The rooftop is beautiful. Safe area. The rooms are very clean and staff attentive and helpful - I would stay again.. The food at both restaurants could be better..
