Very good. A small, cozy, conveniently located room. For our purposes, namely we were passing through Istanbul and needed an apartment for one night, it was very cool. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, we checked in earlier than the check-in time because we were very tired from the road.. There was a small refrigerator in the room and for some reason it didn't work..

No cleaning or air and poor breakfast. The location of the hotel, near public transport, was good.. I had booked a single room as I was traveling alone, but the room was more like the broom closet Harry Potter lived in. There were no windows, so it was not possible to get fresh air. The room had air conditioning, which was the only positive thing about the experience. During the week I was at the hotel, the room was not cleaned, but I could see that there were cleaning staff at the hotel - perhaps they had also overlooked the broom closet. I had breakfast included in my stay. I ate there one day, but the breakfast was clearly not fresh, the coffee was poor and in general it was a bad experience, which is why I ate breakfast out the rest of the days..

The clean, shiny elevator is a nice touch,no fingerprints on the mirrors, keeping everything looking pristine.. 2. Staff Behavior: The staff is exceptional and always welcoming, with smiles on their faces, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. Special thanks to: Mr. Aziz (Manager) Mr. Tuna (Co-Manager) Baran, Samet, Cesur, Asad, Rami (Super helpful and friendly staff) Aysa (Thanks for the delicious cake you made) 3. Location: Yenikapı Metro Station: 3 minutes walking distance. Tram Access: 7 minutes walking distance. BIM Market: 1 minute walking distance. A101 Market: 2 minutes walking distance. Located in a beautiful and convenient area. 4. Amenities: Free coffee or tea available anytime, plus a nice breakfast every morning, which adds to the pleasant experience. Additional Note: I initially booked my first night via Booking.com for business purposes. However, since I didn't have specific check-out dates due to my business trip, I extended my stay directly with the hotel for flexibility. I ended up extending my stay for 2 more weeks due to the excellent service! Overall, this hotel deserves a 5-star rating for its great service, ideal location, and wonderful staff. I’m residing in the EU, originally from Iraq. Everything was good, nice stay.

Very good first time visiting Türkiye I shall return very soon. The location of the property was what we needed to get were we wanted to visit daily .. There is nothing that I didn’t like about the property..

Nice stay in Istambul. The staying here was nice,the hotel is located near to the center and all touristic places to be seen in Istambul. Separately I whish to mention special thanks to Hussein,receptionist who helped us and I appreciate his approach!Thank you again🙏. .

Simply wonderful. The hotel is absolutely wonderful, I loved the breakfast, the employees are very kind and polite, they welcomed me very nicely, the room was spotlessly clean, I definitely recommend it. hotel was new, clean, had all the amenities. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice modern decor with nice touches. A great addition was the outside patio which was fully equipped and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.. .
