I would recommend staff to be more professional as they work in hospitality sphere.And be more knowledgeable about custo. Avoid this hotel. Avoid this hotel for those reasons:
- For the first night they gave us cheaper and smaller room than we paid for, they said there is a problem with that room but during the same night we discovered this room has been sold into other par. We found dead fly in the bed
- No gap period between 2 stays, as they gave us the room directly after the par checked out, after 3 days of our stay, 2 of us got covid due to not well sanitized rooms
- No hand sanitizer in the hotel
- Very bad breakfast
- Bad isolation of the rooms, the area is very crowded you will be unable to sleep during the nights. .
