İhtiyaçlarımızı karşıladı. Odamız temizdi. Buzdolabı ve büyük bir TV vardı. Yatak konforluydu. Gündüz bolca gezip yatmak için gittiğimizden çok memnun kaldık. Resepsiyon daki beyefendi çok kşbar, güler yüzlü ve ihtiyaçlarımızı anında karşılayan bşriydi. Merkeze çok yakın bir otel ve o çok az bir yokuş çıkılıyor. Çok yakınımda AVM mevcut karşısında ise büyük marketlerden biri var. . .

. Das Hotel bzw. Zimmer ist nicht wie auf den Fotos abgebildet! Ja es gibt bei einigen Zimmern eine Terasse/ Balkon. Das Zimmer welches wir bekommen haben, hatte auch eins aber man konnte ES NICHT ABSCHLIEẞEN! Theoretisch könnte das Zimmer nebenan mit der anderen Terasse, die gleich neben unserer war einfach in unser Zimmer reingehen ohne das wir es bemerken. Zudem war das Zimmer ziemlich klein und das Bad DRECKIG. Es war Wasser im Badezimmer auf dem Boden und man wollte dort nichtmal auf Toilette gehen weil man sich so unsicher gefühlt hat. Der Mitarbeiter war zwar Nett und bad uns ein anderes Zimmer an, nach dem wir sagten wir fühlen uns hier unsicher aber auch das war nicht sauber. Wir haben unser Hotel auch direkt gewechselt und uns an Expedia gewandt für die Rückzahlung. Das Geld hat der Mann uns nicht mehr zurück erstattet. Etwas ganz wichtiges zu erwähnen ist: als ich mich dann bei ihm gemeldet habe das wir uns unsicher fühlen, meinte der Typ zu mir; „ verstehe mich nicht falsch aber ich habe hier ja auch keine versteckten Kameras.“ Dann haben wir natürlich noch mehr ein ungutes Gefühl gehabt. . .

. Das Hotel befand sich in einem inakzeptablen hygienischen Zustand, und das Personal war unhöflich und nicht hilfsbereit. Meine Erfahrung war äußerst enttäuschend und keinesfalls das, was ich von einer über Expedia gebuchten Unterkunft erwarte. Das Zimmer war nicht gereinigt auf dem Boden und dem Bett lagen Haare. In den Schränken befanden sich benutzte Kissen, gebrauchte Gläser, ein einzelner Kleiderbügel sowie lose Glühbirnen. Die Oberflächen waren klebrig und fettig, offensichtlich nicht geputzt. Die Toilettenschüssel war nicht richtig befestigt und wackelte beim aufstehen. Die Toilettentür war falsch herum montiert, ließ sich nicht verschließen. Das Hotelpersonal war überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit , abweisend und hat keinerlei Lösung angeboten,nur kurz mit dem wischen auf einer oberfläche drüber gegangen das wars, obwohl ich die Mängel angesprochen habe. . .

. Overall a great value! Place was clean and maintained. Just that the room was tiny and too many stairs to deal with on a daily basis. Plus it is a bit ways, about 10-15 minutes from food and transportation. . .

Kesinlikle tercih etmeyin, berbat. Berbat bir yer kesinlikle tavsiye etmeyin. Rezervasyon yaptik giris 14:00 olmasina ragmen 18:00 teklif edildi ayrica daha dusuk bir oda teklif edildi. Zor bela Hotels araciligi ile problemi cozduk.. .

Muazzam bir daha geleceğim aynı odaya 🙏🙏. Gayet hoştu kendimce eğlendim keyif yaptım rahatsizlandim için çıkmak zorunda kaldım ama bir daha gidicem aynı odayi Alicam benim için sıcaklığı herşey güzeldi. Bayıldım ozelliklede balkona hoştu herşey . .

. Very unpleasant. Rooms outdated, dirty, bathroom showers are disgusting would not flush properly. No toilet paper when checked in and none provided later, no towels! No soap! Kettle provided but no sugar tea or coffee just cups! No water provided. Mould in fridge ( empty and not working) the door to common garden area did not have a lock and no key - I had to put a seat in doorway for my peace of mind ! no staff seen on premises the only person there was the man at reception and once he gives you keys you can’t find him there again as he locks his office and leaves- you need to phone his mobile. I would not even give this place 1 star as it was the worst ever place I’ve stayed at! They even got the booking wrong and wouldn’t refund me so I had to pay again for the day I was staying and he had me transfer money from my account to some random bank account! I didn’t get a record for this ( only what’s on my bank statement) felt very dodgy and he wouldn’t accept any other method of payment ! And I didn’t get a refund for the wrongly booked date either…. If they paid me I would not stay one day more in that place! I’m surprised that trivago is even allowing them on the platform! I’m from Australia and even the backpacker hotels in Australia I think have higher standards. The photos on platform does not show the real state of hotel so don’t be fooled! Never again! Not this place! My rating is a (-10) minus 10 ! I’m not writing this out of bitterness I’m just disappointed that. .

. Temizlik olmayan, eski bir otel. Odalara sabun bile isterseniz veriliyor. Kapılar çok eski, kapandığında aralık kalıyor. . .

. Temizliği kötüydü telefon çekmiyordu bizden önceki misafirlerin çöpleri vardı ve odamıza biz yokken girildiğini düşünüyorum . .
