Everything was absolutely perfect. It was our first time and everything was absolutely perfect. The staff was very caring and helpful. They gave us a superior room with a view and the room was clean. The location is perfect, its super close to all monuments and city centre. Overall our experience with this hotel and staff was very nice.. Nothing.

Perfect location!!. This place was fantastic! It's in a central location so we were close to everything and the colosseum was a 7 min walk. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and the service was unmatched.
A special shout out to Francesca who was extremely helpful and patient with us. She helped us with all of our reservations and gave spectacular restaurant recommendations. Would definitely stay here again, couldn't be happier.. .

The best Birthday treat.. This was my partners and I first trip to Rome and what a trip it was. The hotel is a perfect location with less than 10 minute walks to the main monuments. When we arrived Francesca welcomed up, provided us with a map and food recommendations which was great. We asked on the day to go to the rooftop bar which Francesca sorted for us and gave us a prime table. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. It was my partners birthday whilst we were away and every member of staff wished him happy birthday throughout the day. On breakfast Francesca organised him a small birthday cake (all her own doing). I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It is a prime location, with lovely rooms and food and the staff truly go above and beyond for their guests. My only advice would be to make sure you visit the rooftop bar as it is a must! Thank you for a lovely stay! And thank you Francesca as you are amazing!. .

Wonderful stay!. We stayed for three nights in early March. Lovely hotel. Stayed in a gorgeous suite. Very spacious. Breakfast was good — but honestly just too much food. Location is excellent — very centrally located. The rooftop is beautiful — the views!! And wonderful cocktails on the roof.
Francesca was absolutely delightful and so incredibly helpful each day, including calling restaurants when we were running late, giving us recommendations for things to see etc. She is so knowledgeable about Rome. Thank you!. .

Amazing staff. I surprised my husband with a trip to Rome for his birthday, and we stayed here at the NH Collection Roma Fori.. What an incredible central location. Amazing holiday, Amazing staff, Amazing breakfast!!! We were so impressed!
I informed the hotel it was my husbands birthday before arrival ,and they went above and beyond, glass of bubbles chocolates , lovely note ,cake and candles.. All the staff acknowledged him through out the day .
The beds were amazing , we had the best nights sleep!
But the thing that really made it so special was the staff , so so caring and attentive! 100% recommend and will go back. .
