One of worst hotels in Taksim area , very dirty and it’s a scam. Only location. My stay at this hotel was awful. The photos and reviews online are completely misleading. The place is dirty, with low ceilings you can touch. There’s no lobby; the reception is on the stairs. No elevator, so expect to carry your luggage up narrow stairs. My room was filthy, the sink was broken, and the tiny bathroom was a disaster. Worst of all, the receptionist kept trying to write a review from my account and pushed me to give a perfect 10 rating. Also you can’t reach the main entrance by car you have to carry your bags for 50 meters distance. This hotel is a scam. Avoid it at all costs..

Если бы не запахи и неработающий кондиционер, то было бы неплохо.. Находиться рядом с улицей Истикляль где много магазинов и баров. Большая кровать.. Первый день и ночь пахло сигаретами. Толи от предыдущих жильцов запах, толи в вентиляцию попадали запахи. В туалете пахло канализацией и сыростью (закрывали дверь, иначе запах распространялся по номеру). Ремонт убитый. Кондиционер не работала! Просто гудел как трактор. Если открываешь окно, то гудит установка от соседнего ресторана..

Exceptional. Location is great, good decoration for the apartment, staff there are all really kind and warm-hearted.. the design for the bathroom can be improved a little bit more. The bathroom can be seen from certain angles of the room.

Great experience. Location to Taksim Square is excellent Staff are super helpful. A little noisy in the street sometimes.

Exceptional. The location is perfect, just a few steps from Istiklal Street, the rooms are spacious and clean, the AC is working perfectly, especially it was extremely hot there! The staff are really friendly and always helpful. Sure, for my next trip to Istanbul, I will book at Taksim Yazici Residence.. .

Excellent and cosy aparthotel in central Taksim - comfy bed and above par staff.. Central location to all amenities. Was met upon arrival by Artur who is a very pleasant and friendly chap. Checked me in personally and setup WIFI on my phones. Room was very nice with all required utilities. Had a very restful sleep (I use Sleep app to monitor my sleep and score was 83%) one of best all week. Thanks Guys!. .

Соотношение цены и качества отличные.. Спасибо большое Артуру (владельцу отеля) за желание помочь и сделать моё пребывание максимально комфортным. В отеле есть русскоговорящая девушка Джахана, очень добрая и приятная. Если говорите только на русском, она вам обязательно поможет. Это очень удобно и комфортно.. Да, в целом всё хорошо. Соотношение цены и качества отличные..

One of the best places I stayed in that neighbourhood. The room is exactly as you see on photos, and it’s really spacious and well equipped. And mane thanks to Arthur, who met us late at night with smile and good mood ❤️. .

Overall, our stay at this hotel was a terrible mistake and felt like a rip-off. I strongly advise against booking this p. Nothing. We were three adults and two toddlers, and we booked this room as it was advertised as the biggest room suitable for five people according to Booking.com. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. First, the room had one double bed, one single bed, and one convertible sofa. The convertible sofa was dirty and broken, making it impossible to sleep on. The single bed was located directly below the air conditioning unit, resulting in an uncomfortable blast of cold air all night. Additionally, all the beds were uncomfortable, with poor-quality mattresses, leaving us with aches and pains in the morning. The breakfast, which was supposed to be on a beautiful balcony, was actually held in a small nearby restaurant. The balcony itself had a poor view and was nothing like the pictures, making it an unappealing place to sit. We booked for four nights but could only endure one night due to the room's poor condition. When we requested a refund, it was rejected, forcing us to leave and find a much better place nearby for almost the same price. This alternative accommodation was an official 5-star hotel and significantly improved our stay. Overall, our stay at this hotel was a terrible mistake and felt like a rip-off. I strongly advise against booking this place..
