Good staff, improvement needed. Extremely helpful staff, both in the hotel and in the spa. I had a junior suite on my first day, and it was perfect. On day 2, when I came back, it was like having a chopper in the room. There was something noisy on the rooftop, and they changed my room immediately. The second room was a bit smaller, there was something with the window, so the room was not sound proof and cold air was entering. There, I had issues with the WiFi on day 2 and especially 3, and it was troublesome since I had to work at night. Overall is good value for money, but being there for 6 nights for business, it was a bit problematic. Last thing: the lighting in the room is very soft and especially low in the bathroom, which is problematic for makeup.

Very good. I liked the room, the bed, the food, the staff.. I had a room with a frontal view where the window didn't isolate at all. It was really cold near the window and all the noise from the street outside could be heard from inside. It was like sleeping in the middle of the road.
Telling the issue to the staff they agreed to change the room with one with a side view. Same problem but less noise do to the side view..

Overall happy about my stay and recommend this hotel. The Staff was friendly, from the reception team (shout out to Baran and the other concierge assistant) to the breakfast service.. The Room was a bit too warm without AC, however, as advised by the concierge, opening the window for a bit helped, so I wouldn't say this is a deal breaker..
