Great location, poor cleanliness and decoration, the place needs some paint, changing rugs and some. Bed was not great, you could feel the metal springs in your back, the little balcony was not clean (in fact it was covered in dove’s poop) the view form that balcony was all dirty, it’s ok that it was not a nice view but at least they should make and effort to keep it more or less clean. The bathroom drain was covered with hairs, so when I took my first shower water would not go and everything got wet, they do t have a plastic curtain or anything to protect hair dryer or anything.. Read above.

I wish i had engaged with the staff earlier so that they could arrange site seeing visits for me.. I was very pleased to have met Mr Denis who was the Hotel staff and was very insightful and helped me book various site seeing trips within Istanbul. He was very informative and am grateful.. .

Very bad experience. I like the location only. Very bad hotel nothing is inside the room no minibar no machine for hot water no nescafe nothing very noisy hotel water is hard to come view is very bad like you are in jail the room is like prison cell and when it is a sunshine sun coming on your face so you cant sleep well i asked to change the room 3 times girl on the receptions is very rude and agressif last day my olane is 5 pm i asked to increase just for 1 hours she said no you have to go out 12 exactly and they come knocking my door and tell me go out like a police 😆 really i dont advice anyone to visit this hotel pay little bit more and you will find better one only the location is fantastic.

Great stay and fantastic value. Night staff are very friendly and helpful. location is great. near to taksim sq and lots of bars and restaurants. also close to metro. room was huge comfortable and a very big terrace. shower great. only downside is no elevator so ask for a low floor. no elavator.
