Poor. The place was owned by a couple.
They don't live on sight and had someone else there in the evening.
The wife, Elif, was very helpful.
Breakfast was a fantastic Turkish breakfast.
I had a room with a balcony so I could have it there or in tbe small breakfast room.
The view was lovely. I paid £75per night for dbl room sgl occupancy. It was overpriced. The room was very run down with wall paper hanging off the walls (stuck back in places with bits of sellotape) and black mould on two walls.
The mould was so bad I moved next door the 2nd day. But mould and hanging wallpaper was still present. I couldn't leave as every other hotel was fully booked due to the 4 day Ramadan holiday.
The booking.com said hot water for drinks in kitchen. It was the hot tap on the water cooler in the hall. I was given a thermos flask. I had to leave my room and walk outside to get it so at night I had no drinks
The towels were thin and old and the hand towel was facecloth size with the hand towel as the bath mat.
The room was cold even with the electric heater they eventually brought me.
I got the feeling the husband and the evening man felt irritated if I asked for something like hot water.
Lastly, although on the map it looks as if its arrived at by a road each way, tbe last section is so steep its dangerous to walk up and down and taxi vehicles wont access it. Its probably fine if your young and fit, but for me it was a nightmare..

Comfortable and cozy boutique hotel with greatest staff. Very nice terrace, great hospitality, quite neighborhood. Staff was very helpful in every question, explaining directions, helping to call a taxi, giving additional blanket and offering free tea etc. The team reached out before our stay to explain the rod to us. Was very lovely of them. Nice garden. Excellent breakfast (though was not included in the room price you can order from menu). There is also a beach close-by (10mins) walk which made our vacation great!. Room was relatively small for 2-person stay. Little bit tricky to navigate around as it was far from the center and we had to take a taxi for long rides. If no heavy luggage, you can still walk in and out of the hotel by walk as well..
