Hôtel avec un restaurant très très bon. Nous sommes arrivés nous avions une chambre famille et nous avons été surclassé avec une vue chambre famille vue mer. La réceptionniste à l'accueil était très aimable. Les chambres ont une belle vue sur la mer et sont propres. Le seul desagrément et l'odeur dans la salle de bain. Il y a à mon avis un dysfonctionnement en ce qui concerne les évacuations sanitaires. Pour y remédier j'ai placé une serviette mouillée sur l'évacuation du sol de la salle de bain cela évite la remonter des odeurs. Le petit-déjeuner est correct. En revanche nous avons dîné dans l'hôtel Le menu est excellent il y a une belle terrasse à côté de la piscine où vous pouvez manger le soir le service est irréprochable et les plats sont très très bons et il n'y a pas de mauvaise surprise pour l'addition. . .

. Nice hotel with great pool and views from sea facing rooms. Helpful staff. Food was nice but service very slow. Wedding guests prioritised over regular guests. Nice beaches (all with entry charges). Not a lot else to do in the town. . .

. Hôtel au premier abord correct mais les surprises s’en sont suivies: Mégots de cigarettes, moutons de poussières par terre dans la chambre. Traces de main rougeâtres sur les murs Climatisation et télévision non fonctionnel. Barricade obstruant la totalité de la fenêtre, ce qui amène à aucune entrée de luminosité. Présence d’asticot dans la piscine, cette dernière a l’air mal entretenue, faible au niveau sanitaire. Plage et infrastructures abandonnées autour de l’hôtel. Aucun centre d’intérêt autour de l’hôtel ni dans les villes d’à côté Prix excessivement élevée du bar et du restaurant ainsi que les nuit d’hôtel. Accès limité au spa et à la salle de sport malgré la somme payé. Cependant le personnel de l’hôtel reste à l’écoute et serviable. Ces dernier ont essayé d’améliorer notre condition d’hébergement. Nous avons avons demandes un remboursement de la dernière nuit mais nous avons tout de même quittés la chambre. Cordialement . .

. If you book this hotel based on the pics you are in for a bit of a disappointment. Pros: The location is very nice since it is by the water and the staff does their best. Unfortunately, that's about it. Cons: It costs the same, if not more (due to the tolls) to go from the Airport to Kilya compared to going from the Airport to anywhere in Sultahamed or the other side of the Bosphorus. The center of that area is composed of only a couple of streets with mostly beach-related items. So, if you are planning on buying gifts before going home, this is not the place. The entire hotel looks a bit run down. The rooms were normal size, but the bathrooms were extremely small. Especially the shower. I truly don't think anyone size greater than medium would fit comfortably. If you are claustrophobic or need to shave your legs...keep the shower door open. Not sure if we would have asked for a comforter they would have provided, but the room did not have one when we first got it. Also, even on the 4th floor and with everything close you would still hear the noisiness and the music from the pool. I say this, 'cause the pics look very relaxing. Disclaimer: This review is only based on a few hours. We were supposed to stay the night, but that seemed too long and a bit painful. So we booked another hotel by the Galata tower to try to save some of the time lost. Best decision ever! . .

Family review in Kilyos . I really enjoyed the location of the hotel, Pool was spotless. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff could learn to smile more. . .

. Overall stayable spot, although we had a few issues with our first room & bathroom (smell, missing shower door, door to bathroom didn't close or lock, and not clean). The property moved us to a new set of rooms after we brought it to their attention. Both rooms were a lot better.. .

. Experience in this hotel I won’t wish to anybody. AC didn’t worked whole night and organisation’s of taxi in the morning was totally unorganised. Almost I miss the flight…😤. .

. Great location with multiple dinner venues. Kilyos is a small beach town with friendly people and nice beach access. The hotel is clean but there were indicators that maintenance was needed. My room had a light switch that was defective and a broken tile in the elevator caught my attention. Housekeeping did not come in during my stay and toilet paper consisted of partial rolls. . .
