I had an extremely disappointing experience at Lailah Hotel in Istanbul. The room was dirty, smelled terrible, and was c. I don’t like anything and I want a full refund, until now I am not getting even 1 dirham. We immediately leave the place because of cockroaches. Host, room, the smell, cocroach.

Refund. Location close to main attractions. they provided me for first night with 3 bed even we were 4 person and we paid for 4. They failed to provide pillow, blanket… it was tough to Share the bed between 4people within 3 bed, 3 blanket and 3 pillows.
The bedsheet was unclean. My time was to check in by 2pm but I reached there at night 1am, I messaged them to get my room ready. They got 12 hours before my arrival, even though I booked my hotel long time ago with paid accommodation and when I reach I didn’t even get proper room for my accommodation.

Good place for money. Location was perfect. Intermittent Wifi connectivity, during checkout I didn’t like the staff behaviour but staff during checkin was excellent, WiFi was intermittent available..
