Amazing . It was amazing, the bed was very comfortable, very close to turistas attraction and shops and public transport. I would not recommend it if you are looking for a quietly place to stay as it’s near to a disco and the music is very loud… but we love that music (techo) so it actually helps us to sleep!!!! Breakfast is perfect 👍 even tough it looks small. There is small lift which is very convenient if you are staying in the 4th floor as we did!!! Receptionist was always there very kind to help even tho only few words of English but overall it was amazing… definitely will stay again!!!. .

Room cancelled on arrival at hotel.. Do not book this hotel. I reserved a room for 3 nights via Hotels.com assuming this was a secured booking. On arrival at the hotel at 9.30pm I was advised very rudely that my room had been cancelled. When I questioned the reason I was answered by a shrug and shake of the head from the receptionist without any form of explanation or apology. After having to demand that they call the manager I was eventually able to speak to somebody else (not the manager) who advised that the room had been cancelled as I had not arrived by midday. The advertisement on Hotels.com clearly states that Check-in time starts at 2:00 PM!!.
The hotel looked very worn as did the receptionist, and the breakfast area next to reception looked very unclean.
If you don't wish to be stranded in Istanbul late at night with completely unhelpful and impolite staff who couldn't care less do not book this hotel.. .

The worst stay ever. It was really bad, the worst hotel I ever visit, my family got bits by bugs and insects all time and we rise complain to hotel management with no respond it seems that this is familiar with this dirt. .

A very cheap , convenient hotel with no luxury. It is all about what you want for a hotel, the location of this hotel is brilliant, close to metro and busy shopping area, airport transport bus, and it is cheap ,reasonalbly clean,I am a solo traveller, it suits me brilliantly, but if you want some kind of luxury then is no, this hotel is very dated ,services is minimal, overall I am very happy to stay here ,because what I need is a cheap private room with a clean bed .. .

. This is a good place to have short or long term stay. Staff is very good. Place is on walking distance from Taksim and Istaklal. Bus station hardly on 5 minutes walk. Over all it was a good experience staying at hotel flash. Safe for families and females who are traveling alone.. .
