Ubicación 10/ Mantenimiento 3. La ubicación excepcional a un paso de Santa Sofía. La falta de mantenimiento en los cuartos de baño, un mobiliario viejo y mal cuidado hizo que tuviéramos la sensación de estar en un hotel de menos categoría.
El desayuno era bastante monótono, te servían un plato sin poder elegir. El café y la leche era en polvo. Mejorable si lo pusieran tipo buffet.
Coincidió que había obras en el tranvía y las hacen en la madrugada, muchísimo ruido por lo que no tuvimos buen descanso ya que las ventanas no aislaban del ruido.
El hotel está en una zona cortada al tráfico por lo que a la llegada tuvimos que callejear bastante con las maletas. Muy molesto.

great little hotel in the heart of old Istanbul. fantastic location and the staff were excellent. The breakfast was very nice and the transportation to the airport was very reasonable and efficient.. nothing.

Fantastic location, fabulous staff.would highly recommend. it even though the accommodation is basic.. Location, location, location and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is minutes away from Aya Sophia, The Blue Mosque, the Basilica Cisterns, Topkapi Palace and the Trams! The roof terrace/restaurant was excellent with fabulous views of much of the Sultanate. As two ladies of a certain age we very appreciate the care and attention they gave to us. Many thanks Ali for sorting our taxi pick and many thanks to Joseph for helping us with the luggage.. Basic rooms but adequate..

Если не быть занудой, то мне очень понравилась эта поездка!. Мне очень понравилось отношение гостиничных служащих к гостям. Все хотят помочь и облегчить существование. Но это не всегда возможно по объективным причинам: очень старая мебель, в номерах давно не далался ремонт, мне не удалось самому включить отопление. Но я все это проходил в августе, поэтому был готов и не сильно комплексовал по этому поводу.
Зато очень классное место, расположенире. В самом историческом центре.. см. выше
Могу добавить, что не очень организованный трансфер из аэропорта к гостинице, пришлось слегка понервничать. И еще бросается в глаза очень навязчивый сервис: чуть ли не за руку хватают, чтобы накормить или прокатить..

. Нам очень понравился отель! Очень чисто и уютно. Уборка в номере проводилась каждый день, постельное бельё меняли каждые два дня. Расположение очень удобное, трамвай прямо рядом, основные достопримечательности поблизости.
Отдельная благодарность Юсуф бею! По вечерам, когда возвращались уставшие в отель, встречал с вкусными кексами 🥹 Завтраки хоть и однотипные, но если попросишь добавку не откажут.
Весь персонал очень вежливый, всегда встречают с улыбкой. Отличный сервис. Если выберете этот отель точно не пожалеете! 😻👏

Accidente en el baño. La ubicación. El hotel presenta signos de desgaste brutales, no está bien acondicionado, la limpieza tiene mucho que desear y el desayuno es escaso. Es un hotel que necesita ser reformado, los muebles son antiguos.. Sufrí un accidente en el baño. La mampara en mal estado se desprendió de la pared haciéndose mil añicos y cortándome los talones, podría haber sido peor. El hotel no se responsabilizó de nada, no pagó el taxi al hospital ni el médico ni las medicinas que compramos. Tampoco como cortesía nos llevaron al aeropuerto, hubiese sido un detalle después de lo que pasó. Se despreocuparon. Las habitaciones son viejunas, nada que ver con las fotos y se nota que necesitan un mantenimiento. Al quedarme sin baño me hicieron un cambio de habitación AL DÍA SIGUIENTE metiéndome en otra por la que subían olores de la cocina de manera constante y había ruidos de maquinaria durante toda la noche..

Suosittelen. Erinomainen sijainti. Sängyt todella mukavia, rauhallinen hotelli. Kattoterassilta upeat näköalat. Mukava henkilökunta ja erityisen kiitoksen ansaitsee Josef joka oli todella ystävällinen, vieraanvarainen ja mies oikeassa paikassa. Hän todellakin näki vaivaa vieraittensa viihtymisen eteen.. Huoneet ja kylppäri aika hämärsti valaistu. Kylppärissä oli amme, mutta tappi puuttui..
