Could be better. I booked the room based on the location. The reviews were mixed. Location is great, free delicious breakfast.
The room is not comfortable however. Could be cleaner, AC don't work. The room smelled like cigarettes and there was old sushis in the fridge. . .

Great Job Bloom Hotel ❤️😊. Room was super clean, nice and very warm while it was freezing cold outside, staff were super friendly and very helpful.
Location is super super great few steps from Kizilay downtown.
