The hotel is great, staff should learn what hospitals is. The rooms are big and very comfortable, location amazing, good breakfast. The staff are horrible. Any time we come to reception the answers to our questions was rude. Most of the time receptionists was watching YouTube videos and did not even pay attention to us. I had a birthday and got flowers for occasion and the lady at reception was so unhappy and angry that I asked for a vase..

Superb. Everything was fine, the room was ok , basic with all the things that you need , the staff was nice , in help for every thing , breakfast was good. Good experience. .

Superb. Location is fantastic and the staff were wonderful and super helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and many choices. Only reason for less than a 10 rating is that the room temperature is centrally controlled. This led to us being very warm when trying to sleep. So we had to open the windows and there was a nightclub down the road which closed at 5 a.m.. .

Excellent. Stylish, clean, spacious room, great choice of food for breakfast, helpful staff. I couldn’t wish for more and will definitely being staying here when I return to Barcelona. Absolutely nothing.
