Superb. Firstly, the staff at the reception was very kind - they let us check in one hour before the check in time. The hotel is clean and there's coffee and water provided for free for all guests in the lobby. I can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't pay for it. The room is small yes, but very clean, comfortable and cozy. Although we were there only for two nights, the staff cleaned the room and the bathroom and changed our towels on our second day, which was exceptionally kind. The location is also very good - 3 minutes away from the metro station and also the area is filled with restaurants with good ratings. Lastly, our flight was in the afternoon, so the staff kept our luggage for a few hours, so that we could do some more exploring of the city.. Nothing..

Would recommend to others. Ideal for what we wanted which was a decent place to stay for the football. Shower was a bit small.

Good value for the money. About 5 minutes from the metro station in a chill neighborhood. You can also walk to the Tour Eiffel, but you will reach it in about 45 minutes.
There are a lot of boulangeries and restaurants on the street.
At 20m you have a supermarket and some fast foods.
At the hotel you have free water and coffee.
The room is small, but good for a vacation where you use it only to sleep.
It was very clean with everyday cleaning and towels changing.
I totally recommend it for a visit in Paris.. .

great address in Paris. The hotel has it's wear and tear, but it more than makes up for it with what I think are important factors: windows that open, air-con that works, clean and comfortable beds, mini-safe in room, clean and functional bathroom that you can move in. under 5mins to metro. Helpful staff and some very good restaurants in the area. And a chance to experience the real Paris off the tourist track.. .
