Superb. The staff are very pleasant, helpful, friendly and educated. They gave us tips for everything around our stay. The hotel is neighboring the traditional Sultanahmet area and also very close to Sirkeci station. .

The nicest reception staff. We chose this hotel because of the location, we were really in the historical center of Istanbul and all interesting places were within walking distance. We arrived in Istanbul by car and used the nearby parking at the station, from which the way to the hotel took only 5 minutes. We were welcomed at the hotel by a very nice receptionists, they explained everything to us, offered us drinks and were very welcoming. We had a room on a higher floor with a wonderful view of the historic buildings. The room was spacious and looked new. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the cleaning as we found a hair band under the bed from previous guests and there were black hairs and dust in several places. In the shower, the shampoo stand broke off and no one fixed it. It's a shame, because otherwise the hotel is really very nice. The room also had a coffee maker and a minibar. Breakfast was served in the restaurant Huqqabaz that belonged to the hotel. The breakfast was average, but the service was nice. However, despite everything, we have to highlight the willingness and help of the reception staff, who refunded us the money for the unused night, since we had to leave the hotel one night earlier than we had a reservation and they didn't have to do it at all. Best Location. Amazing ambiance and historical building, there is coffee store at lobby which is taste so good and they have also nice restaurant with shisha enjoyed to be there, they are so welcoming people, they have also kitty cat looking forward to seeing there again. .

Disappointing experience. Hotel is hidden in a small street, it was not easy to find. I was not satisfied with the cleaning, window was showing not even the street but the construction building, you can hear the neighbours. However staff was friendly and smiling. Breakfast was quite poor, I even didn’t use my breakfast option for the last couple of days.. .

A great hotel in a perfect location in old Istanbul. Easy for walking to all the major attractions.. The hotel is tastefully decorated. It is located perfectly for walking the old part of Istanbul. The breakfast is well planned and executed. The cleaning staff are kind and dedicated.. Nescafe coffee is dreadful..

highly recommended.. excellent staff welcoming and friendly. Excellent room decor, excellent water pressure and temperature. Bed was firm with fluffy pillows. AC / heat worked although you have to call down to front desk to have them adjust the temperature remotely. Center of town location but no noise issues. No free breakfast. Coffee in room available. The hotel restaurant was packed each day and had good reviews. There is no alcohol at this hotel or restaurant which if I had known I would not booked, however that being said it was a good stay.. .

Great location, clean hotel. Excellent location and reasonable comfortable rooms. As advertised it is a 4 star so not highly optioned rooms but reasonable accomodation. It is in a historic building so has character. Breakfast is average with no egg station / omelettes etc, basic food options. The restaurant is overpriced in my opinion but tons of eating options all around the hotel. 10-15 min talk to most of the historic sites and walking through the streets is a lovely experience itself. The front reception staff is lovely. The young guy Hayder Ali was great help and nothing was too much for him.. .
