Very good. Very nice and helpful staff Breakfast : wonderful choice and very cosy early in the morning. Lack of kettle in the room.

Very good. Excellent buffet style breakfast, very comfortable bed.. Shower had only curtains and it didn’t protect enough, the whole bathroom was completely wet after showering. No kettle in the rooms to make coffee or tea in the morning..

Superb. Great location, clean, friendly staff, fabulous restaurants and bars - could have been coffee/tea in room. Well connected and very comfortable and funky. Really good distribution of space, top floor restaurant was a bit 'on top of each other' but it actually gave a good ambience.. The fact there wasn't any coffee/tea in the room or water in the fridge. The cleaning lady could have been a bit more friendly, she told us off for not putting the sign on the door but we were just leaving and wanted the room organised..

Superb. The location was close to expo, and it was more than what you could expect from a 3-star hotel I would keep it as a 4-Star hotel. maybe better to increase number of people standing at hotel reception to serve faster the guest for checkin/check out.
