Gorgeous I definitely suggest the hotel to my friends. Its in the center. Close to the tram and it’s only 6 stop to the center. Good restaurants are on walking distance. The spa is great. Hamman is fantastic experience and the price was even a bargain. The staff was polite. I would come back any time.. Unfortunately it’s a dry Hotel. No alcohol.
And other sorry is that the spa is separated. No women’s allowed to the man’s sauna so as a family can’t spend this time together..

BEWARE, THEY COPY ALL YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS, FRONT AND BACK, THE 3 DIGIT CODE INCLUDED!. .. The receptionist asked me for my passport and credit card at the reception for the check-in. Then I saw him copying all my card details, front and back, the CVV included (the 3-digit code on the back). He said they do that in case the client does not pay the min-bar, so they can charge them in case they check-out without paying for the mini-bar. I asked him to delete all my credit card information and so he did.
If they can not trust me to pay the mini-bar, why should I trust them with my credit card details? He did that without asking for permission..

Good stay. We normally stay at this hotel on our trips to Istanbul and it’s our go to hotel. Very quiet rooms. I
would suggest that the cleaners don’t talk too loud in the mornings standing outside of your room door as It’s kinda of annoying when you are trying to sleep after a late night especially during Ramadan.. We stayed on third floor and the bedding was too thin and small for a deluxe twin room. The room was very cold especially the bathroom area when we arrived. The hot water was delayed on the first day..

Superb. We were highly satisfied with all aspects of this hotel (rooms, breakfast, location, servis....), , with the exception of the two points outlined in the 'Dislikes' section.. Wellness center is available to the public. This is not problem for morning swim or late night sauna. But If you wanna go there during afternoon expect to meet locals who "owns" the place. Also the stuff in wellness was really unpleasant. Not like the receptionist who were super helpful and friendly all the time.
Restaurant looks really nice but the meal failed to meet our expectations.
- Chinese dumplings as a starter were cancelled from kitchen as not available.
- Chicken burger was missing breadcrumbs coating as was stated in menu - plain roasted minced meat I was not expecting.
- Cesar salad.. well every single ingredient was OK and well cooked, but all combined together it was not Cesar salad.
