Exceptional. I love the location of the place. It's a 3-5 min walk to the Train station which you will need to get to everywhere, they got lots of shops and restaurants everywhere, PS if you book room 105 you get the view of City center building 👍 if it's your first time I'd buy Train pass in advance for how ever long you staying for it will come in handy I promise you.. There's nothing I didn't like about it..

Dated!. We found the hotel to be dated. Water stains around the shower area. The rooms are worn looking. We had no hot water in the morning. The building is on one water system and when everyone is showering (including the restaurant next door) there is no hot water for everyone.
The heating and air conditioning are run by the front desk. Hallways are worn. On another note, staff at the front desk were very nice! . .

Good for 1 night. Close to the train station, cosy rooms. No dental kit included, check out time was not flexible for extra 30 minutes.

Great Hotel wonderful staff. We had a very pleasant stay in Prassede Palace Hotel.
The location was perfect. walking distance from all the attractions and yet not to crowded .
The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good.
I Would like especially to thank 3 wonderful people who work at the reception : Martina, Fatima and Gian Marco. We had a privet issue there and they all were so nice, kind ,willing to help and always with a smile, they definitely made our stay in Prassede Palace Hotel so good and unforgettable.. .

value for money - just 2 out of 5...!. why?
for 330 euros per night (!) not even with breakfast, you should get much more, and after hundreds of hotels all over the world , I should know....
it's a small hotel, just the first floor of a building, mayne 15-20 rooms.
a. the rooms are small, not soundproof, and you hear everything from the elevators door to the next room people talking, not to mention the 6 am church bell, the restoraunt downstairs, etc.
b. shower looks fine but the sink area gives you no place to put your things and the stream is so low even though they tried to fix it.....):
c. no mirror in the room.
d. air-condition tuning is by request from the reception!
on the good side: location fine, short walk from the central train station. the staff really nice and trying, it was clean and fast wifi.
over all, the price should have been not more than 100 EUR.....
I can't understand the rating of the hotel in the traveling websites!!!
Or maybe i got the worst room?. .

Exceptional. Staff are super friendly, rooms was spacious and clean. Sound insulation also great. Good a-la carte breakfast.. Wifi was patchy, not so good for the zoom call..
