Ein wundervolles Wochenende in Paris.. Das Hotel kann man gut in etwa 10 Minuten von zwei Metrostationen, die südlich und nördlich liegen, erreichen. Über die Metro ist man in kurzer Zeit im Zentrum. Das Hotel selbst liegt etwas versteckt in einer Seitenstraße. Daher ist es eher ruhig auch wenn man kein Fenster zum Innenhof bekommt. Das Frühstück war französisch, aber mit britischen Einschlägen. So gab es zum Beispiel Beans und Speck.. Wenn man wirklich etwas zum meckern sucht, dann vielleicht, dass sie an dem Freitag gerade ihr Softwareprogramm umgestellt haben und es am Anfang nicht funktioniert hat. Dadurch konnten wir erst am zweiten Tag offiziell einchecken und auch unsere Unterkunft bezahlen. Trotz dieser Probleme war das Personal immer sehr freundlich und professionell..

Séjour très agréable. Adresse à retenir pour un prochain séjour. Hôtel très agréable. Le plus, nous étions logés dans le pavillon au fond du jardin 😀🤗
Emplacement très pratique : séjour pour aller voir un spectacle au palais des congrès
Chambre très confortable et salle de bain très bien équipée. Il est juste dommage que la personne a l’accueil le deuxième jour ne soit pas très sympathique.

Nice hotel.. The hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean and tidy, having enough space around the bed.
You can deposit your goods in the safe located in the wardrobe and the bathroom is quite big for Paris.
The breakfast has enough options to please the average tourist (a lot of meats, cheese, bakery and fruits). No vegetables available, however.. The check-in is at 14:00.
Around 12:30, we called the reception to ask if our room was ready, by chance. The receptionist could not even find our reservation in the system and I had to send him a text through the Booking chat system with my full name and the booking details. He left me on hold on the phone for more than 5 minutes with no response. I hung up and went to the hotel to check if there is any problem with the reservation. Happily, they found our reservation and the rooms was already ready.
We have informed the reception that on the last day we will have to leavy early in the morning, before breakfast, to catch our flight and asked if it was possible to have a takeaway breakfast. The front desk manager said ”of course”.
The night before departure, we have picked up the ”takeaway breakfast” from the reception. When we checked the bag the following morning, we have been suprised to see that it contained mostly somthing I can call as "kids food" based on apples: two apples, apple puree, apple juice, some jam and some packaged toast (see the picture). Not even a croissant, about which the receptionist said that we are leaving too early and they are not ready.
The stay was at the hotel was ok, but this breakfast matter left us really disappointed.
A sandwich and a coffee for breakfast would have been just fine..

Super. Toffe locatie overal dichtbij de grote monumenten.
Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Het ontbijt was top alles om gelukkig van te worden.. Niets.
