Not recommended. Service is less than zero. Very rude receptionists, reported problems were not resolved nor did they apologize for the inconvenience. We haven't seen a smile in those few days. A lady from the group had some personal belongings stolen or thrown away while cleaning the room. The hotel is relatively tidy, the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is plentiful. But the behavior of the staff ruins any positive impression.. .

Lovely hotel. Really happy with our stay here. The hotel itself is a little way out from the centre, but just one tram ride and a short walk gets you there in about 45 minutes. We arrived a few hours before check in time but the gentleman on the desk called the housekeeping team to see if any rooms were ready and luckily there was! This meant we were able to have a quick nap before heading into the city centre. There is a minibar in the room, but also an aldi next to the hotel so we went there to get some snacks/ drinks as a cheap alternative to using the minibar :). Fancy room, some parts a little run down but nothing to complain about!. .
