Huria ( the house keeper ) kept my room always clean and her smile everymorning is such a thing to me .
She was like a mother taking care of her guest son .

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is good and easy access to everything. Rooms are large. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We arrived late after a stressful journey and Tahin on reception and Ramazon concierge were very helpful and welcoming. They went out of their way to be helpful the next day also and a real credit to the hotel.Special mention goes to the housekeeper Birol who was always helpful with a smile. Also, Gulfem on reception was very helpful and friendly. The staff are a credit to this hotel!. .

Türkiye/Istanbul Barcelo Hotel - An Absolute Pleasure. I was surely in good hands with Barcelo Hotel in Istanbul, where all staff (especially the concierge) were kind and well-equipped. The concierge made things at ease for me: borrowing an umbrella, storing my luggage while I was visiting other cities in Türkiye, getting breakfast boxes when my flights were early in the morning like at 3am. Overall, the service was excellent from the front-desk receptionist to the bellboy - courteous and prompt. My room was nice and clean with useful amenities, more importantly quiet. Restaurant was very affordable, with great food variety and taste.. .

We liked the atmosphere, quiet and romantic
The room is wide, the view is nice you can see the sunrise through the window
The cleaning service is perfect 24/7, especially Filiz, she is very nice, polite, doing her job very well, we liked her.
There is one thing we didn’t like, there is no bidet shower, which makes it difficult a little bit, you have to bring yours when comming. .
