Felt Completely at Home. Thanks to an Amazing Team!. I had such a wonderful stay at Barceló Istanbul mostly thanks to the incredible people who work there! First and foremost, I have to mention Ali , a waiter (casualty). He noticed my morning routine right away and made sure everything was ready just the way I liked it, without me even asking. His thoughtfulness and gentle presence made me feel completely at home. Amir, another wonderful waiter, also deserves a big thank you. He was always quick, and attentive, adding a bright start to every morning. Together, Ali and Amir made breakfast something to look forward to every day. A special mention goes to Chef Amineh, whose warm smile and positive energy filled the restaurant. Her dishes were delicious, but it was her happy spirit that made the atmosphere feel so welcoming. At the front desk, Dilara was both professional and genuinely friendly. And Hassan, the housekeeper, kept my room spotless with great care and attention to detail. Overall, the team at Barceló Istanbul turned what could have been a regular hotel stay into a truly personal and heartwarming experience. I can’t thank them enough, I left feeling like I was saying goodbye to friends.. .

Excellent stay. We had a wonderful 5-day stay at Barcelo Istanbul. The breakfasts were excellent with a great variety and fresh options every day. The rooms are spacious with excellent sound insulation. The staff throughout the hotel were very pleasant and helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable. I would especially like to mention Huseyin, who took care of our room (Room 617). The room was always perfectly clean, everything was replenished on time, and he was always kind, polite and smiling. His work truly made a difference and we appreciated it very much. Thank you to the whole team for a lovely stay — we would be happy to return.. .

Bay Nazar’ın nezaketi, özeni ve harika tavrı. Mr. Nazar’s politeness, care, and wonderful attitude.. Bay Nazar, konaklamamız boyunca çok nazik, yardımsever ve dikkatliydi. 418 ve 419 numaralı odalarımızla yakından ilgilendi ve her şeyi tertemiz ve düzenli tuttu. Misafirlere her zaman saygı ve nezaketle davrandı, rahat ve huzurlu bir ortam yarattı. Emeği ve ilgisi için kendisine içtenlikle teşekkür eder, başarılarının devamını dilerim. Mr. Nazar was very polite, kind, and attentive during our stay. He took excellent care of our rooms (418 and 419) and made sure everything was perfectly clean and organized. He always treated guests with kindness and respect, creating a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. I truly appreciate his hard work and wish him all the best.. .

Excellent Stay at Barceló Istanbul Taksim. I had a wonderful stay at Barceló Hotel in Taksim. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are very kind. Magic stay in Istanbul. This was a family trip. My wife and I took my mother for a week to Istanbul for her 89th birthday. The kindness and attention of the staff was amazing, making an unforgettable experience with incredible memories especially for all of us. Special thank you for making feel my mother like a queen to Hanieh from Guest Services, Süreyya from Housekeeping, Hussein, Abdurrahman and Emirhan serving from the Restaurants, and Kagan from Bell Service.. .
