Never again.. . No heat in room. It is late November and cold. No portable heaters. We were given a blanket (which turned out to be a mattress protector). Breakfast was poor with a line of customers waiting for the only working coffee machine out of three and a shortage of cups and cutlery. In our room, the traffic noise from outside was very loud. Not good for a 4 star hotel..

Whilst the staff were friendly and helpful, the cleanliness let down an otherwise pleasant hotel. The hotel sufficed for. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Location was handy to shops, restaurants and metro.. Cleanliness was poor, soap dispensers had congealed remnants of previous soaps (soap was different colour), body lotion and conditioner bottles were filthy, shower head dirty, black mold on bathroom ceiling. There was popcorn under the bed on the floor. At breakfast, tables were not cleaned regularly..
